Adults create the books
You must be an adult with authority to provide the child’s details and any uploaded image. You are responsible for the prompts, names, photos, and other material you submit, and for reviewing generated content before presenting it to a child.
Personalized generation
Charmy Books uses automated systems to create original text and illustrations from your brief. Results vary and may contain mistakes or unexpected details. A free preview lets you inspect the cover and six opening story pages before buying. Reasonable editing and regeneration tools may be available, but an exact likeness, wording, or artistic outcome is not guaranteed.
Purchases and delivery
Book prices and included formats are shown before checkout. For printed books, available delivery methods, their live prices, and estimated transit ranges are shown after the delivery address is entered and before payment. Transit estimates begin after printing and remain estimates. Digital products become available after payment confirmation. Print orders are offered only when fulfillment is enabled. Because printed books are personalized, returns for a change of mind may be limited, while damaged, defective, or materially incorrect orders remain eligible for support.
Your content and the finished book
You keep rights in the material you provide. You grant Charmy Books and its service providers the limited permission needed to process it, generate the book, fulfill the order, and provide support. Subject to those underlying rights and applicable law, you may use the finished book for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Safe and lawful use
Do not submit material you do not have permission to use, or request hateful, sexual, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful content. We may reject or remove requests that put children, other people, or the service at risk.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable, but generation and third-party fulfillment can be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Charmy Books is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
